📸 DOA POLICY

If your jumper arrives deceased (DOA), a clear photo of the spider must be sent within 3 hours of the recorded delivery time shown by the tracking information.

Unfortunately, DOA claims submitted after the 3-hour window will not qualify for replacement consideration.

🕷️ MOLTING & SHIPPING

Sometimes our little babies have their own plans.

If your jumper is preparing to molt or is currently molting, shipping may be delayed until they have safely completed their molt.
